These Terms govern use of the Jettison website, and communications with Jettison LLC ("Jettison"). Recruiting engagements are governed by a separate written placement agreement signed by the client; nothing on this website creates one.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Jettison, contact us, or request a call. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, or use the website to violate any law or third-party right.

Placement services

Jettison provides permanent-placement recruiting services to employers. Submitting a form or taking a call does not create a paid engagement or require payment. Any fee is set out in a written placement agreement signed by the client before Jettison begins a search; that agreement, not these Terms, governs fees, timing, and any replacement terms.

Recruiting and candidate communications

Jettison may contact professionals about specific job opportunities that appear relevant to their trade, license, experience, and market. Jettison is not the hiring employer unless expressly stated. Hiring customers make their own hiring decisions, conduct their own interviews, and perform any required background checks or employment verification.

Jettison does not charge candidates. Jettison does not submit candidate information to a hiring customer without explicit permission for that customer and role. As part of our candidate process, Jettison does not contact a candidate's current employer.

SMS terms

If you provide a phone number, respond to Jettison, or are contacted by Jettison about a relevant recruiting opportunity, you may receive conversational SMS messages from Jettison. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or STOPALL to opt out. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No guarantee on this website

Nothing on this website guarantees any particular hiring result, employment outcome, candidate availability, interview, offer, or acceptance. Any replacement or other terms that apply to a search are set out in the written placement agreement for that search, and only there.

Intellectual property

The website, copy, design, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Jettison and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Our website and operations may link to or use third-party services such as scheduling, communications, analytics, payment, or hosting providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jettison disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
